Great location, but service could improve
Super close to all the attractions which was a major win for us! The room was nice and clean, plenty of space for my fam of six, including grandma. Just a bummer about the pool being a bit small and not in the best shape. it took forever to get any help at the front desk.

Great location near the aquarium and shopping. Room was spacious with air conditioning, fridge, microwave, and a big comfy bed. Loved the bathroom with Dove products. Front desk staff was super nice. Fitness centre was good too. Some wear and tear, but nothing unusual. Breakfast wasn’t clear, but I got good coffee.

The blower for the heat was annoying. It came on quite a bit and was very loud.

The room was exceptionally comfortable with a king size bed and extra towels. The hotel offers a good breakfast with a selection of eggs and a pancake maker. The staff was wonderful, informative, and provided wake-up calls and free ironing services.
